BBQ Pork in Chinese Style

Yeah, busy working mom can cook :) This really looks and tastes like the chinese red-braised pork, except it is a lot more simlified and super easy recipe without those exotic Chinese ingredients.

All you need:
1) Pork
2) Garlic
3) Vegetable oil
4) Kraft BBQ sauce

1) Heat pan/wok
2) Add oil
3) Add chopped garlic
4) Add pork
5) Add BBQ sauce
6) Add half cup water, reduce heat, cover up and cook for about 15 minutes
7) It will be done when water is gone, you will see extra oil (clear) in wok, and the pork looks like below pic :)
