Having been in the states for almost 11 years, each time when I was asked what I missed most about hometown -- Food is one of answers. In particular, American's breakfast culture is just not what I am used to, even after 10 years. What do we eat for breakfast in China? One of the most popular choices, also one of those I miss most: Twist Cruller + Porridge or soymilk. For my Chinese countrymates, sound familiar? :)
When I crave for it and no where to buy (well, unless I go to Chinatown), the best option comes to DIY :)
